About alerts and payment
What does a free account do?
It saves one case (PERM filing date, category, country of birth) and recalculates its estimate after every DOL and Visa Bulletin update, so you see the latest date when you sign in. Free accounts get no alert emails.
Where do Pro alerts come from?
Every Monday we recompute your estimate from public DOL and State Department data and tell you when it moves by more than a week, and when the bulletin reaches your priority date.
How do I cancel?
Cancel Pro yearly any time from Manage subscription on your account page; it stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew. Until green card is a single payment and never charges again.
Do you see my case details?
We keep only what alerts need: filing date, category, country of birth, and the optional name and employer you enter. We never sell data.
